General arrival information

Opening hours reception

Our reception is reliably staffed between 7 AM to 9 PM. If you should arrive outside these times, don’t worry. Simply contact us by telephone at +49 (0) 51 51 – 94 94 0.

Check-In

Your room will be available starting at 3 PM on the day of arrival.

Should you arrive earlier, do not worry. In case your room is not ready yet, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us and recover from the stress of a long journey with a refreshing drink at our bar, or go on an exploration tour through the Pied Piper City.

Check-Out

Your room will be at your disposal until 11 AM on the day of departure. Do you like to sleep in? For an additional charge, a late check-out until 5 PM is also possible.

• Reception hours: 7 AM to 9 PM (Arrival after 9 PM is possible, key safe at the house)

We are also happy to put together individual arrangements for you or your group.

Cyclists are welcome

•  You will find a secure parking space for your bicycle or e-bike in our underground garage, which is locked with a sliding gate.
• For a fee of 5 € we are happy to wash your clothes for you.
