Osterstraße 12 (only 200 m far from Hottel zur Börse) This house is one of the most important Renaissance buildings in the city. In the tail gable, in a diamond-shaped recess, there is a free-standing, plastic envious head. The entrance is flanked by two bay windows (ground-level bay windows). This house was built by councilman Jost Rike in 1576.
